Same Day Shipping Terms

Interstate-McBee ships most qualifying orders the same day when the following conditions are met:

• The ordered items are in stock and on the shelf at the time the order is placed;

• The order contains five (5) or fewer line items; and

• The order is placed before 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Orders meeting these conditions are generally processed and shipped the same business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, inventory availability, carrier schedules, system issues, or other circumstances outside Interstate-McBee's control.

Production Orders

Orders containing items that require production or manufacturing may require additional processing time. When production is required, qualifying orders may ship within 24 hours, subject to production capacity, product availability, order volume, and other applicable circumstances.

The same-day shipping statement applies only to orders meeting the qualifying conditions above and does not include orders requiring production.

Additional Terms

Interstate-McBee reserves the right to:

• Correct errors or inaccuracies in promotional materials or pricing;
• Limit quantities;
• Determine product, customer, order, destination, and shipping-method eligibility;
• Exclude specific products or product categories from a promotion;
• Modify or terminate promotional offers at any time; and
• Cancel or adjust orders that do not meet the applicable promotional requirements.

Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
