Prepaid Shipping & Freight Terms
Interstate-McBee provides free or prepaid shipping to eligible customers and orders subject to the requirements, exclusions, and minimum purchase thresholds outlined below.
Shipping eligibility, terms, and availability are subject to change. Customer-specific shipping terms presented at the time of an order will take precedence over the general guidelines below.
Prepaid Shipping Eligibility
When Interstate-McBee provides free or prepaid shipping, eligibility may be based on a minimum qualifying purchase amount and the destination of the order.
Unless otherwise stated in applicable customer-specific shipping terms, the following minimum order values apply:
- United States: The standard qualifying order threshold is $2,000. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
- Canada: The standard qualifying order threshold is $3,000.
- Customer-specific terms: The actual qualifying threshold may be different for individual customers. Contact your Interstate-McBee Sales Representative here to find your details.
- International orders: Orders shipping outside the United States and Canada qualify for free shipping only when shipping to a freight forwarder located within the United States, subject to the customer's applicable shipping terms.
- Cores: Core charges do not count toward the qualifying order total.
Minimum purchase requirements are based on qualifying product value before applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, or other charges are applied to the order.
Free shipping or prepaid freight applies only to eligible shipping methods and destinations as defined by Interstate-McBee. Expedited, priority, special-service, or other non-standard shipping methods may be excluded or subject to additional charges.
Prepaid freight does not cover additional charges associated with the following services or delivery conditions:
- Residential delivery
- Liftgate service
- Limited-access areas
- Notification before delivery
Certain New York ZIP codes may also be subject to an additional congestion fee or other applicable delivery charge based on the delivery ZIP code.
Oversized, overweight, irregularly shaped, hazardous, special-handling, or otherwise non-standard shipments may be excluded from free shipping eligibility or may incur additional freight or handling charges.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping or prepaid freight cannot be combined with other shipping-related special freight arrangements.
Free shipping is subject to change, limitation, or termination without notice.
Cylinder Head Freight Eligibility
Cylinder heads are subject to additional freight requirements and do not automatically qualify for standard free shipping or prepaid freight.
Prepaid freight for cylinder heads applies only when at least one of the following conditions is met:
- The cylinder head is added to a matching Interstate-McBee inframe or overhaul kit;
- The order includes a quantity of six (6) or more cylinder heads; or
- The cylinder head is added to an order exceeding $10,000 in qualifying product value, excluding the cost of the cylinder head(s) and any core charges.
Cylinder head orders that do not meet one of the conditions above may be subject to applicable freight charges.
Additional Terms
Interstate-McBee reserves the right to:
- Correct errors or inaccuracies in policy information or pricing;
- Limit quantities;
- Determine product, customer, order, destination, and shipping-method eligibility;
- Exclude specific products or product categories from free shipping eligibility;
- Modify or suspend this policy at any time; and
- Cancel or adjust orders that do not meet the applicable policy requirements.
