• 1. Your Name and Email Address to be used for log in to the portal.
• 2. Your Customer Number - To locate your customer number please see a recent sales confirmation or invoice provided.
• 3. A recent Invoice Number associated to your Customer Number - Any invoice number provided within the last twelve months.
